Small but perfectly formed

-

Proving grand visions can involve small details, Tiny’s Sandwich Bar has arrived in Sydney’s revitalised CBD. Located on the corner of Clarence and Margaret Streets and named for its signature Tiny’s bottled cocktails, the 170-seat indoor/outdoor space has a bartender, barista, baker, chef and inhouse DJ on hand to ensure its day-to-night formula runs seamlessly. During the day it serves breakfast and signature sandwiches on bespoke bread (“It’s made for us by a small Vietnamese bakery; beautifully crusty on the outside, and like a cloud in the middle,” says co-owner Bobby Volcevski); after dark it’s all about Tiny’s cute single-serve bottled cocktails like Tiny’s G & Tea and vodka-based Molotov Cocktail. tinyssandwichbar.com.au
