Bondi’s credentials as the place in Sydney to head for fish and chips have been enhanced with the opening of FSH MKT. Located next door to its sister venue Fish Shop on Glenayr Avenue, the takeaway-only space presents a modern take on the vintage ‘beachside fish market’, with local and sustainably caught seafood. Founders Nic Pestalozzi, Nathan Dalah and Casper Ettelson decided on opening FSH MKT when they realised that they couldn’t keep up with the takeaway orders at Fish Shop.
