PEOPLE who champion the rights of animals are in line for a new set of awards, with nominations closing Wednesday.
The RSPCA WA initiative will recognise the commitment and courage of those people who have helped save animals.
RSPCA WA chief executive David van Ooran said the charity wanted to hear from the community.
“By inviting people to share stories of others’ bravery and determination to help animals, we hope a ripple effect will be created to inspire others to treat animals with kindness and compassion and contribute to raising animal welfare standards in WA,” he said.
