Lemon gin & tonic sundaes
SERVES 2 PREP 5 mins NO COOK EASY V Divide the lemon sorbet between two sundae glasses, then add a squirt of whipped cream, some crushed meringue and a drizzle of lemon gin & tonic sauce to each. Repeat until you reach the top of the glass. Finish with more crushed meringue and a drizzle of the sauce. Serve immediately.
