Lemon gin & tonic sun­daes

SERVES 2 PREP 5 mins NO COOK EASY V Di­vide the lemon sor­bet be­tween two sun­dae glasses, then add a squirt of whipped cream, some crushed meringue and a driz­zle of lemon gin & tonic sauce to each. Re­peat un­til you reach the top of the glass. Fin­ish with more crushed meringue and a driz­zle of the sauce. Serve im­me­di­ately.
