Cloudy Bay be­came fa­mous be­cause its lu­mi­nous sauvi­gnon blanc was so good it was sold on al­lo­ca­tion. If you want to splash out, its sparkling rosé is de­li­cious and made sim­i­larly to cham­pagne, from pinot noir and chardon­nay.
