Mix 1/2 tbsp white wine vine­gar, 1 tsp Di­jon mus­tard, 1/2 tsp sugar and 2 tbsp nat­u­ral yo­gurt. Finely slice 2 fen­nel bulbs and 1 red onion and toss in the dress­ing.
