Blitz 3 tbsp fresh pesto with 50g butter . Cut
2 bake-at-home baguettes diagonally at 2cm intervals, slicing almost but not all the way. Fill the slits with spoonfuls of the pesto butter. Bake at 200C/180C fan/ gas 6 for 15 mins until golden and oozing.
