Blitz 3 tbsp fresh pesto with 50g but­ter . Cut

2 bake-at-home baguettes di­ag­o­nally at 2cm intervals, slic­ing al­most but not all the way. Fill the slits with spoon­fuls of the pesto but­ter. Bake at 200C/180C fan/ gas 6 for 15 mins un­til golden and ooz­ing.
