Kent-based wine­maker Chapel Down, renowned for its sparkling wine, has re­leased a lim­ited-edi­tion gin. Pro­duced with dis­tilled Bac­chus grapes, it counts el­der­flower, or­ris, an­gel­ica, laven­der, orange peel and le­mon among its botan­i­cals. Try it in an English 75 cock­tail: fill a shaker with ice and add 45ml gin, 15ml le­mon juice and 7.5ml sugar syrup.
