Prosci­utto, cran­berry & brie crois­sants

Heat the grill. Split 4 crois­sants. Spread cran­berry sauce on one of the cut sur­faces of each half. Top with prosci­utto slices. Ar­range slices of brie to cover the cut sur­faces of the other halves. Grill for a few mins to melt the cheese and crisp the prosci­utto. Sand­wich each croissant to­gether with a hand­ful of rocket leaves.
