Rick Stein and sons share their wine-matched menu

Ispend a cou­ple of months each year Down Un­der and am al­ways touched by how much Aus­tralians love the idea of Christ­mas in Eng­land. They think of cosy warm pubs, twin­kling Christ­mas lights, shops full of Christ­mas fare and above all, a week or two of in­dul­gence with lovely food and wine.
