Peel and juli­enne 1/2 small cele­riac. In a bowl, toss with a squeeze of lemon juice and sea­son. Stir in 5 tbsp may­on­naise, 1 tbsp nat­u­ral yo­gurt and 1 tsp Di­jon mus­tard. Add chopped herbs like tar­ragon and pars­ley, if you like. Serve with roast chicken or ham.
