Join us for lunch at Bel­mond Le Manoir

We’ve teamed up with Ray­mond Blanc to plan a spe­cial lunch at his beau­ti­ful ho­tel and restau­rant, Bel­mond Le Manoir aux Quat’saisons. Orig­i­nally a crum­bling Ox­ford­shire manor house, chef-pa­tron Ray­mond – the only chef to be awarded both an OBE from the Queen and the equiv­a­lent of a knight­hood from France – trans­formed it into one of the UK’S top restau­rants and a lux­ury ho­tel com­plete with a cook­ery school, or­chard and kitchen gar­dens.

On ar­rival, we’ll start with a Lau­rent­per­rier cham­pagne re­cep­tion hosted by Ray­mond, where he will an­swer any culi­nary ques­tions, fol­lowed by his de­li­cious four-course lunch menu (see sam­ple menu, right). Each dish will be ac­com­pa­nied with care­fully se­lected wines. At the end of the af­ter­noon, you’ll re­ceive a copy of Ray­mond’s book, A Taste of My Life, and a goodie bag worth £25 packed with foodie treats to take home (see page 13).
