A real treat, Rick Stein returns to the county he loves to explore the land and sea that shapes Cornwall. Along with championing local food, history and culture, Rick will be cooking simple dishes inspired by his travels. Weekdays at 6.30pm on BBC Two from 4 22 January, and on BBC iplayer.
