WHY I LOVE MY negi cutter Restaurateur and food writer Ravinder Bhogal picks her kitchen hero
This little object looks unassuming but it’s so nifty. It was a gift from a wonderful chef who worked with me. It makes light work of shredding vegetables for salads and stir-fries – seconds compared to chopping. It cuts everything into long wispy strands, which is especially great for things like spring onions for simple garnishes. My kitchen is not complete without it.
