SINODUN HILL
A fine example of a lactic goat’s cheese. It has a distinctive truncated pyramid shape with a whipped mouse-like texture, wrinkled rind and light, citrussy flavour. Made with veg rennet.
Pair with: Crisp white wines or chilled sake for a twist
