Kids’ meal kits
In the past year, meal kits have become super-popular. Now, the kids can get involved, too
The team behind Cook School, a nationwide project offering affordable cookery lessons for students aged five to 19, has just launched a recipe box to encourage kids to cook. Proceeds go towards funding its education programmes. Their recipe boxes teach kids how to independently cook a veggie meal, and can be ordered as a one-off or fortnightly delivery. Along with the ingredients, you’ll receive a stepby-step recipe card, QR code with a video guide and booklet packed with facts about what you’re cooking. My four-year-old daughter (above) and I made a delicious cauliflower curry this way. She was so proud and cleaned her plate! For more details go to cookschool.club.
