‘I’ve been a Good Food subscriber for more than 10 years, and make lots of the recipes. In April 2020, at the height of the first lockdown, I set myself a challenge to cook all the cover recipes for a year. Some have been easy, many have been tricky (Christmas 2020 was the hardest), but all have been delicious and well-received by my family. I’ve posted a picture of every one on Facebook, and friends have told me how much they look forward to seeing the next cover recipe and that it’s provided really positive posts for them during a difficult year.
