HOW TO STORE

Store lettuce in your fridge near the front (the back of your fridge will be colder). Make sure the head of the lettuce is facing you, and store it for no longer than three days – any longer and it will wilt. To get the best from your lettuce, discard any limp outer leaves and eat the firmer centre.
