Love your veg box

I’ve been ordering a veg box on and off for a few years now, and my favourite benefit is the way it introduces my children to new fruit and vegetables. We all get stuck in the rut of buying the same ingredients every week, but a veg box pushes you out of your comfort zone and introduces children to a wide range of produce. I love Oddbox (oddbox.co.uk), as its mission is to reduce food waste, but there are hundreds of veg box schemes out there. When the box arrives every week, I ask my children to name as much of the fruit and veg as they can, and we talk about where they grow and how to cook them.
