Mudslide SERVES 2 PREP 5 mins plus overnight chilling COOK 2 mins EASY V

Chill two small tumblers overnight. Put 30g dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave in 20-second bursts. Dip the rims of the tumblers in the chocolate, then stand upright so it drips down. Chill again while you fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add 60ml coffee liqueur, 60ml vodka, 60ml Irish cream liqueur and 100ml double cream. Shake until the outside of the shaker is cold. Put ice cubes in the tumblers, strain in the cocktail and finely grate over 20g chocolate.

Kiwi fruit smoothie SERVES 2-3 PREP 5 mins EASY V

Blitz 3 peeled kiwi fruit, 1 mango, peeled, stoned and chopped, 500ml pineapple juice and 1 sliced banana in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with kiwi slices and mint.

Banana milkshake SERVES 1 PREP 5 mins EASY V

Put 250ml semi-skimmed milk, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and

2 chopped bananas in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and top with a spoonful of whipped cream, a pinch of cinnamon, some banana chips and a cherry. Serve immediatel­y.
