Noise. Music. People. I think silent kitchens are a bit creepy.

One dish you’d love everyone to try and cook.

My spicy honey-baked chicken. When our kids are sad, that’s what they want. And when they’re happy, that’s what they want. It’s just one of those dishes.

If you only had one spice, what would it be?

I’m a big fan of cumin. And I love saffron. But then, I love coriander, and you know…
