FROZEN KEFIR

Looking for a cooling new treat to try this summer? We’ve spotted several frozen kefir products recently, including ones from Waitrose & Partners, Biotiful Dairy and Yeo Valley. Kefir is a fermented milk product full of gut-friendly yeasts and bacteria. Like frozen yogurt, frozen kefir is a great alternative to ice cream as it’s cool, sweet and smooth, but generally lower in calories.
