As well as being a chef, food stylist and writer, Olivia is working with us at Good Food to teach beginners and more experienced home cooks the art of making pasta. She began her own education in cookery with her Italian nonna and has also worked with the wonderful Pasta Grannies, travelling the length and breadth of Italy to broaden her knowledge. She shares her love of Italian food and culture through her supper club, as well as teaching, and her Good Food webinars on traditional pasta-making are proving popular.
