To boost your homemade burger mixture, add 1-2 tbsp to lamb or beef mince before shaping into burger patties.

Swirl through shop-bought hummus to give it a chilli kick, then serve alongside barbecued meats or vegetables at your next summer barbecue.

Mix with a little olive oil to loosen, then toss with mixed sliced vegetables before grilling them.
