Half a pack of feta
Remove leftover feta from its packaging and store in a reusable container in the fridge.
Tahini & feta toast Spread tahini over toast, top with crumbled feta and drizzle with honey.
Feta & fruit bowl Crumble feta over soft fruits of your choice, such as sliced melon, peaches or nectarines.
Honey-baked feta Put the feta on a sheet of foil, drizzle with olive oil and top with a rosemary sprig and honey. Wrap in the foil and bake at 200C/180C fan/gas 6 for 15 mins. Serve hot with crusty bread or pittas.
