Smoky chickpeas on toast

Fry 1 small chopped onion in
1/2 tsp olive oil for 5-8 mins until soft. Add 2 tsp chipotle paste, 250ml passata, a 400g can chickpeas, drained, 2 tsp honey and 2 tsp red wine vinegar. Season and bubble for 5 mins. Toast 2-4 slices crusty bread. Fry 2 eggs in a little oil. Drizzle the toast with a little oil, then top with the smoky chickpeas and eggs.
