Viña Altogrado Garnacha 2020

From the home of garnacha (Cariñena in Aragon) which has a wealth of old vines, this has ripe strawberry fruit and some all-important freshness. The alcohol is fairly moderate, too, at 14.5% ABV. It’s a great choice for slow-roast shoulder of lamb with cardamom, cumin and cinnamon, or a Greek aubergine dish.
