Pasta Evangelists delivers restaurant-quality fresh pasta and sauces

Since its inception in 2016, Pasta Evangelists has been on a mission to evangelise the Italian speciality of pasta fresca (fresh pasta) in the UK. Based in a kitchen in north London, Pasta Evangelists specialises in making and delivering fresh pasta, using only the highest quality natural ingredients and following traditional methods used by home cooks across the Italian peninsula for centuries.

Pasta Evangelists’ pasta consists only of fine Italian ‘00’ flour and free-range eggs, while shapes are cut, rolled and twisted by hand. For the fillings and sauces, Pasta Evangelists work with Italian producers who are Pdo-accredited (Protected Designation of Origin) to include ingredients such as Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano, and with high-end Uk-based heritage brands such as Clarence Court eggs and La Fromagerie.
