As well as contributing traditional Jewish recipes and holiday guides for BBC Good Food, Victoria Prever is the food editor at The Jewish Chronicle. Her passion for the subject is reflected in her bold decision to leave behind a legal career to train as a professional chef at Leiths School of Food and Wine.
