ROOPA GULATI
After living in India for two decades working as a chef at the Taj Hotel and as a writer and broadcaster, Roopa returned to the UK. She became Food Editor at UKTV’S Good Food Channel and was a restaurant reviewer for Time Out for 15 years. As a freelance journalist, she researches material for television and contributes recipes to BBC Good Food. Her latest book is India:
