Jennifer’s latkes royale


During the eight-night Jewish festival of Hanukkah, dishes such as potato latkes, challah bread and matzo ball soup are traditiona­lly on the menu. But, Jennifer Heftler from California likes to put a twist on her usual latkes by turning them into an eggs royalestyl­e dish with hollandais­e sauce, smoked salmon, soured cream and caviar for a touch of extra luxury.
