Nadiya’s fesenjān
All Iranians know and love fesenjān, a rich sweet-and-sour dish thought to have originated in Northern Iran. Khoresht fesenjān is the signature dish at our family restaurant Hafez in London, and we’ve adapted the recipe to make it easier to cook at home.
