WE STILL LOVE… COCKTAIL GARNISHES
Single-use straws, plastic flamingos and umbrellas may have understandably fallen out of favour, but decorations can still play an important role. For more sustainable garnishes, use edible options like cherries and olives. For drinks usually finished with a citrus wheel, use the end of the
fruit, which might usually be discarded. Garnishes conjure a sense of fun, but are also a good way of indicating what the drink is and impart extra flavour. Try garnishing a margarita with a slice of fresh jalapeño, or use a festive stencil to dust espresso or cocoa powder over the foamy top
of an espresso martini.
