Next level cosmopolitan
At this time of year, many of us have a big bowl of clementines on the table, and they’re just the thing to bring a seasonal twist to the classic cosmopolitan. The extra sweetness also helps balance the citrus notes from the triple sec with the sharpness of the cranberry juice.

50ml vodka
1 tbsp triple sec
25ml cranberry juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp freshly squeezed clementine juice (or use mandarin orange or satsuma juice) ice strip of clementine or orange peel, to garnish
1 Put a cocktail or coupe glass in the fridge to chill. Meanwhile, pour the vodka, triple sec and fruit juices into a cocktail shaker. Add a large handful of ice, then shake well until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
2 Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass. Twist the citrus peel over the drink to express the oils, then drop into the glass to garnish.
