Start 2022 with a fabulous foodie day out in Oxfordshir­e. Le Manoir aux Quat’saisons, a Belmond Hotel, is a country house for all seasons. In winter, the gardens remain a treat to discover and inside, the fires are lit and Raymond Blanc’s menus celebrate the best winter produce.

On the day, enjoy tea, coffee and homemade biscuits on arrival before you are introduced to The Raymond Blanc Cookery School team as they demonstrat­e dishes from Raymond’s repertoire.

Next, you’ll enjoy a winter warmer with Cambridge Distillery as they guide you through an exclusive tasting of their gins with their master distiller William Lowe and Le Manoir’s head mixologist. Veuve Clicquot Champagne and canapés will follow before a delicious three-course lunch with wines, coffee and petits fours, and at the end of the afternoon, you’ll receive a goody bag to take home. @belmondlem­anoir
