ROLL ON 2022

I found out what our Good Food Together friends were looking forward to in 2022:

‘I’m hoping to finally be able to have my 30th birthday party. I keep insisting that I’m still in my 20s until I can celebrate with all my friends and family, good food and good wine.’

Elena Longley, Kingston upon Thames ‘I’m looking forward to my 2022 cooking challenge. This year’s was to cook four dishes each month from a country selected by my husband.’ Karen Chesnet, Aberdeen ‘To live a little. In a conversation with my son, he asked if I’d ever done anything other than work. I’m hoping to address that. Also, to spend time getting my cooking skills up to scratch, maybe even taking the next step to doing fine dining – and trying it out in restaurants for inspiration!’ Robert Booth, Dover ‘I’m looking forward to travelling to the UK to visit some of the people I’ve met in this group and raiding a supermarket for the ingredients I miss. I even dreamt about visiting Tesco, and the first thing I did was hug the shelves.’
