The Rheinhessen lies on the left bank of the Rhine in the south-west of Germany. It’s famous for producing great dry Rieslings. This is in a crisp style with peaches, lemons and a mouth-watering acidity. This would be excellent with big Thai flavours like a green curry, or sea bass with ginger and lemongrass.
