Mulled pomegranate juice

Pour 1 litre pomegranate juice into a largepan with 1 rosemary sprig, 1 tsp sumac, 1 cinnamon stick and 1/2 tsp coriander seeds. Slice 1/2 orange and add to the pan. Bring to a simmer, then strain through a sieve into a jug. Stir in
1/4 tsp orange blossom water and pour into heatproof glasses or cups.

Turmeric latte

Pour 350ml almond milk into a pan with 1/4 tsp ground turmeric, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp maple syrup. Add a little black pepper and whisk over a low heat, ideally with a milk frother, until hot. Pour into mugs and sprinkle with more cinnamon.

Sidecar mocktail

Put a coupe glass in the fridge to chill. Tip 50ml cold lapsang souchong tea, 50ml lemon juice and 1 tsp marmalade into a cocktail shaker and stir to start to dissolve the marmalade. Stir in 1/2-1 tsp honey, then add a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold, then double-strain into the chilled glass.
