Mix watermelon with feta, mint, balsamic glaze and olive oil for a sumptuously simple salad, or dice mango, peach, tomato and red onion and mix with a generous squeeze of lime juice to create a fresh and zingy salsa. If you’re getting the barbecue out, thread sweet and sour pork belly and pineapple pieces onto skewers and get grilling.
