Make your pizza cutter work harder
The sharpness and mobility of a pizza cutter makes it useful for lots of other kitchen jobs. Try using it to cut soft herbs, such as parsley, coriander or dill, by quickly moving it back and forth until they’re roughly chopped. A pizza cutter also works well for trimming pastry, or use it to cut quesadillas into little triangles.
