Whiskey & ginger pitcher
SERVES 6 PREP 5 mins EASY V
3 limes, cut into wedges ice
200ml bourbon
90ml elderlower liqueur ginger ale, for topping up crystallised ginger and mint
sprigs, to garnish
1 Muddle the lime wedges in a large pitcher using a longhandled spoon or muddler.
2 Tip some ice, the bourbon and elderflower liqueur into the pitcher and top up with ginger ale. Stir well. Thread a few pieces of crystallised ginger onto a cocktail stick and use this to garnish the drink, along with a few sprigs of mint.
