Aldo Zilli is an award-winning chef who specialises in Italian and vegetarian cuisines. He was the founder and chef-patron of some of London’s most innovative restaurants, including Signor Zilli, Zilli Green and Zilli Café, until he moved on to other ventures in 2012. He now runs Casa Zilli from his home kitchen in Bletchingley in Surrey.
