WHICH DISHES SAY AUTUMN TO YOU?
Our cooking and eating habits change with the seasons. Now that the weather has cooled, what’s your favourite food to snuggle up with at this time of the year? We asked the Good Food Together Facebook group to give us some inspiration.
It’s coming close to cabbage and venison season in Germany, especially in northern Germany. We particularly look forward to the first touch of frost, as it brings fresh kale. Also, St. Martin’s Day is soon, so we love to cook goose!

In France, we love tartiflette, truade and, of course, beef bourguignon.

We eat black peas here in Bolton around Bonfire Night. It’s a local thing, I think, and covered with vinegar and salt. It warms your belly on a cold night.
