300g goat’s cheese

1 Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Tip the herbs, peppercorns, sesame seeds and nuts onto four separate plates.

2 Divide the goat’s cheese into 24 equal portions, then roll each one into a small, walnut-sized ball, placing them onto the baking parchment as you go.

3 Take a goat’s cheese ball and roll it through the herb mixture to coat all over, then place it on the lined tray. Repeat with another five balls. Do the same will the peppercorn, sesame and nut coatings, so there’s six of each flavour. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 mins before serving.
