MAKE IT A SPREAD
To make a sharing board, arrange charcuterie around the wreath.
Fan slices of salami, prosciutto or other cured meats around the board Slice cheddar or other hard cheeses into wedges or cubes
Halve fresh figs or thinly slice pears or apples
Decorate with dried cranberries, dates, apricots or other dried fruits Add handfuls of walnuts, almonds or pistachios
Garnish with rosemary or other herb sprigs and fresh bay leaves
