My grand­mother and mother, my child­hood in Sri Lanka, na­ture, travel, and the arts and crafts of dif­fer­ent cul­tures. Where is home and what do you love about it? A small, sunny apart­ment in Cam­meray, Syd­ney, over­look­ing bush­land on the top oor of an old duplex with a bal­cony that runs the length of one side. I love small space apart­ment liv­ing, be­ing close to the city and hav­ing neigh­bours. Favourite lo­cal haunts? Charlie Parker’s, Padding­ton; Kin­dred Restau­rant, Hum­ming Puppy Yoga Stu­dio and The Rab­bit Hole Or­ganic Tea Bar, all in Red­fern; Marta Os­te­ria, Rush­cut­ters Bay.
