Ac­claimed chefs Jean Im­bert and Guil­laume Brahimi dis­tilled mod­ern French flavours with their menu de­signed to match iconic beer Stella Ar­tois dur­ing Men’s Fash­ion Week in Paris.

IN­TER­NA­TION­ALLY AC­CLAIMED CHEF Jean Im­bert’s Paris restau­rant, L’aca­jou, was the venue for an in­ti­mate din­ner and multi-sen­sory ex­pe­ri­ence for a group of lucky Aus­tralian edi­tors, buy­ers and VIPS dur­ing Men’s Fash­ion Week. In 2018 Van­ity Fair named Jean in its list of the Most In­flu­en­tial French peo­ple in the world. Ear­lier this year he opened his first restau­rant abroad, En­core, in New York’s Meat­pack­ing Dis­trict. For the Paris Fash­ion Week Stella Ar­tois in­au­gu­ral event, Jean teamed with Syd­ney­based French chef Guil­laume Brahimi to cre­ate a menu to high­light and en­hance the flavours of iconic Eu­ro­pean beer Stella Ar­tois. The chefs ab­sorbed the tast­ing notes of the pop­u­lar drop, en­sur­ing its flavours were in­stilled in the be­spoke menu. The ex­clu­sive din­ner in­cluded Guil­laume’s tartare of sea bass with fin­ger lime, caviar and smoked oys­ter cream and Jean’s Brit­tany lob­ster ac­com­pa­nied by string beans, grape­fruit and Parisian sprouts glazed with Stella Ar­tois caramel to name just two of the de­li­cious cour­ses served. “It’s very ex­cit­ing to be work­ing with Stella Ar­tois again, this time in my home­town of Paris. With the in­flu­ence and back­drop of Paris, Jean Im­bert and I en­joyed cre­at­ing the menu of tra­di­tional Eu­ro­pean clas­sics, with a mod­ern yet in­no­va­tive flair,” said Guil­laume.
