DES IGNER LUCY BOCK “This bathroom renovation took place in an original midcentury home in Kew, Melbourne. Built circa 1960s, the original bathroom comprised two separate rooms. The existing dividing wall was removed to create an open-plan, light lled and luxurious setting, and the selection of nishes played an integral part in creating a contemporary bathroom. Natural limestone oors and benchtops, and white handmade wall tiles formed a soft backdrop for the subtle tints of pastel colours featured in the space. The simple layering of the custom stone tray on top of the stone benchtop created a place to anchor decorative objects and owers.” lucybock.com
