Peak Sports Phys­io­ther­apy is the lat­est busi­ness to open in Be­nalla of­fer­ing a range of ser­vices for mem­bers of the com­mu­nity — young and old.

Todd Bird is work­ing along­side North East Po­di­a­try at 67-69 Bridge St, and is ea­ger to meet the com­mu­nity and help any­one who re­quires phys­io­ther­apy.

‘‘It’s a new clinic, which I started up in De­cem­ber,’’ Mr Bird said.

‘‘The idea is to help get peo­ple mov­ing bet­ter, re­duce their pain and to im­prove their qual­ity of life.

‘‘To let them do the things they want to do.’’

Mr Bird will be of­fer­ing a range of phys­io­ther­apy ser­vices in­clud­ing treat­ing any mus­cu­loskele­tal or sports in­jury, such as back-pain, os­teoarthri­tis, post­op­er­a­tive re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion, and as­sist­ing with strength and con­di­tion­ing.

Peak Sports Phys­io­ther­apy is a bulk-billing clinic with HICAPS avail­able.

It is open on Tues­days and Fri­days from 8.30 am to 5 pm.
