All Blacks hold court

All Blacks 40 def Goorambat 38

A-grade came up against Goorambat who also came into the match undefeated on Saturday.

Our team knew the game was going to be a tough match as both sides were wanting to continue the winning streak.

Knowing it would be a physical and fastpaced match we continued to play a controlled game and follow our game plan.

Performing another great game was Alex Keast, who continued to have many intercepts in GK and shut down the shooters.

Meagan Hausner was also named in the best in her role in C.

Meagan was a big drive down both ends of the court and her continued defensive pressure helped the defenders.

Another player who continues to demonstrate her tenacity and consistency week after week was Elizabeth Fuhrmeister in GD and WD.

It was a full team effort to make it across the line to take the win by two goals.

So proud of the girls’ efforts to never give up and continue to push each other for the win.

Next up we have Whorouly with our full side back.
